What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish
- Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth
- Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
- Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents
- Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment
This position requires working at two different property locations within the city. Reliable personal transportation is essential, as you will need to commute between sites depending on scheduling needs. Flexibility to travel across different parts of town is a must.
Collaboration & Management Styles
You will report directly to two different managers, each with their own leadership style. We are seeking someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and able to work effectively under multiple management approaches while maintaining consistent performance.
You Bring:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ years of experience in multifamily leasing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Experience with Google Workspace; Yardi & Rent Café a plus
