Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is hiring a Corporate Marketing & Leasing Optimization Specialist to support leasing performance, technology adoption, pricing execution, and onsite leasing effectiveness across our Metro Denver apartment portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending leasing, technology, data, and hands-on support. You’ll work closely with our on-site staff to improve occupancy, conversion, and overall leasing execution. This position is being introduced as a temporary role and may become permanent based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do
Corporate Office (Tuesday–Friday):
• Support rollout, optimization, and adoption of EliseAI across the portfolio
• Assist with Yardi CRM usage, cleanup, and consistency
• Review leasing performance metrics (speed-to-lead, conversion, follow-ups)
• Support pricing reviews
• Help ensure approved pricing and availability are accurately entered in Yardi
• Assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements


Onsite (Saturdays):
• Train leasing teams on EliseAI, Yardi CRM, and leasing best practices
• Review signage, curb appeal, and walk-in leasing experience
• Provide on-site leasing support when teams are short-staffed
• Observe execution and provide feedback to improve leasing performance


What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily leasing or marketing
• 6+ months of pricing and/or tech-enabled operations preferred
• Strong interest in leasing performance, technology, and optimization
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software preferred
• Experience with CRM tools, chatbots, or automation platforms strongly preferred
• Comfortable training one on one and working both in-office and onsite
• Organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented


Compensation
This position pays $25–$27 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity, paid monthly and tied to clearly defined KPIs.
