Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude
  • Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting
  • Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
  • Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns
What You Bring to the Team
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades
  • Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
  • You live within 10 miles of Sheridan South Apartments. The nearest major cross streets are Sheridan Blvd and Warren Ave. 
  • A team-player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career

Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
Fluency in English required; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
