What You Will Be Doing
In this working role, you will perform all the essential upkeep tasks throughout these two communities. You’ll have opportunities to interact with our residents, team members, and vendors every day. Your experience and knowledge will help prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which will include general repairs and sometimes minor painting. You will work to respond to and resolve work orders. Using your great time management and organization skills, you know how to make the time to schedule vendors as needed, close out completed work orders daily, and keep our Yardi software up to date. You will handle snow removal when it's needed, following our guidelines.

You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the community. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with others. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend, paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property.

Specifically, our next Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Lives within a 10-mile radius of Golden Arms Apartments located in Golden, CO
  • Two+ years verified experience in multi-family or facility Maintenance position  
  • Brings basic apartment, home, facilities, hospitals, hotel, retail, or commercial real estate maintenance skills
  • Has their own tools including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure
  • Strong organizational skills in self-management and with vendors 
  • Yardi experience is a plus as well as knowledge with using Google Apps (Gmail & Calendar)
  • Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
