Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Manager to oversee operations across 2 apartment communities (126 units total for Carriage Hill Apartments and Flats on 70th) in Thornton. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll cultivate a strong team culture, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and lead with purpose.

Your Role as Property Manager

Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams
Deliver best-in-class customer service from first tour to renewal
Manage operations, maintenance, leasing, and financial performance
Execute unit turn timelines, renewals, and occupancy goals
Drive property curb appeal and community pride
Hire, onboard, and develop staff
Champion The Hudson Grove Way in all aspects of leadership

You Bring:

Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
Strong supervisory and team development skills
Solid understanding of fair housing laws, leasing processes, and property management regulations
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Yardi, and Rent Café
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
